How can CM Networking help you?
When it comes to promoting your business, there are many ways available, but the best is arguably face to face contact with other professionals. Not just any professionals, but the ones at the top, the ones making the decisions and the ones holding the purse strings.

Which is where CM Networking comes in. A couple of times a month we hold relaxed, informal networking events at a prestigious venue in Leeds, where you can meet and chat with like-minded people over a glass of wine or two. There's no hard sell, no pressure to get referrals for other members and no requirement on your part to stand up and give a speech.

All business is personal and even the biggest deals come down to two or more people making a connection. The starting point is meeting those people and CM Networking gives you the perfect opportunity to build relationships at senior level.

How do we differ from other networking organisations?
We are providing a bespoke introductory service and only accept members who are at the top of their organisation: the chief executives, partners, and managing directors. Unlike other networking events you may have been to, you won’t find yourself talking to someone from the IT or accounts department. Because we meet so regularly and our members are committed, you get to know people quickly, which makes doing business all the more pleasurable. Plus, if there’s someone you specifically want to meet, we’ll do our best to get them for you. by inviting them along for a drink to the next event.
You can be assured that CM Networking is committed to delivering its promise to all its members to provide an exceptional yet informed introductory service.

Who are CM Networking?
CM Networking was started by Caron Munro, who worked as a self-employed executive in the financial industry for 20 years. She worked with Aeon Insurance, CICA, Allied Dunbar and BP.She certainly understands the challenges involved not only in gaining new business, but more importantly retaining it! She also helped to promote and organise events with another networking organisation in Harrogate. Convinced that networking was the best way to do business, Caron set up on her own company in 2006. Since then, CM Networking has gone from strength to strength and has companies such as: Yorkshire Bank, Residence 6, Shepherd Gilmour Construction. Armstrong Watson and Willmott Dixon to name but a few.

“I soon realised that before you can win business, you need to build a relationship,” says Caron. “Having already worked for a networking organisation, people started asking me to make business introductions for them. They liked the fact that it saved them time, hassle and money and the fact that I am passionate about what I do and committed to providing a unique and enjoyable experience for anyone attending my events."
